I worked for 17 years as Chief Operator, Programmer, Systems Analyst, and Head of Systems Analyst until early retirement in 1991. During this time I leaded many projects, one of them was on national level which was awarded by the president office at that time. Since 1992, I became full-time university faculty in more than one postsecondary institution in Libya, Jordan, and Sultanate of Oman. During this time I have participated in establishing more than one academic department and leaded the establishment of new college in Oman in cooperation with California State University of Northridge.

My ability to produce innovative and effective plans, work as a team player, and meet deadlines, together with my attention to detail, have contributed to my successes in academic and administrative leadership.  I have performed and directed a wide variety of activities, including capacity development, project management, development and revision of academic curricula, articulation of courses, program design, course design, academic quality assurance, and liaison with institutions and the community.

I am skilled at working with different levels of administration to provide information and solutions to potential and existing issues.  I have directed teams, projects, departments and colleges, and am familiar with supervise all managerial functions, including recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling.

I am an effective organizer, planner and dedicated leader.

A- On academic domain:

1- I have introduced on-line blended course learning approach on Facebook groups since 2011 in Al-Rafidain College to encourage students’ participation in the learning process independently.

2- I have published 16 research papers, eight of which are listed in Scopus in the fields of Data Mining, Machine learning and Professional ethics.

2- I have also leaded the project of LearnEnglish Connect training in Al-Rafidain College in cooperation with the British Council.

B- On societal domain: I have leaded the project of developing a national child protection policy in Iraq,   supervised teams from 11 middle and southern governorates. I am also leading the center of qualifying and employing graduates at AlRafidain University College in Baghdad.

C- On business domain: I have founded and guided two of the elite training companies in Iraq during the 1990s.
